If my harp could talk… | Musical Reflections

The harp I take to all of my gigs was made by David Kortier in Duluth, MN. I purchased it from him because of its warm, buttery sound, providing comforting and soothing sounds to those I play for. It has 34 strings, purchased a few days before 9-11-01.

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on all the things this harp has “witnessed.” It has been on an incredible adventure with many, many more miles to go before resting!! I feel blessed to own this most special instrument, providing therapeutic healing harp music to those I connect with.
